My name is Rosemary and I have been out here in Orlando for over 7 years via Tamworth in Staffordshire! When we bought our first home over here the Mortgage Broker was extremely evasive about closing costs and the interest rate. At the closing table we were faced with costs we had never been told about and an interest rate of 9.5% and the Mortgage Broker was nowhere to be found!.

Of course we did not want to loose the house and went through with the deal—but I decided then that I wanted to understand the process far better for the next time.
I am now a Licensed Mortgage Broker with experience in all types of loans. I am by default an expert in Foreign National loans, which I love this as I can talk to Brits!!
The loan process here in Florida varies slightly to that in Europe. A loan application is taken on a universal form then the good loan officer will study the specific criteria of the loan an submit to one of the hundreds of lenders to get the best possible product and rate.

Client Education.
I want everyone who sits across the desk from me or at the end of the email to have an understanding of the loan process, because, educated borrowers feel far more secure.
Honesty & Integrity.
Very overused words! I pull no punches, I will tell you honestly what ALL of the closing costs will be—in fact I tend to overestimate these in order for there to be no disappointment at the closing table. I WILL be at the closing table.

Referrals.
The life blood of my business, we all know a happy client will refer me to others BUT a disappointed client will tell everyone they know & people they don't!!
