How to use this website!

Websites are often difficult to navigate and to make things even more complicated, they are all so different, so in building this site, we have tried to keep everything simple and in a logical order.

PURPOSE OF THIS SITE: First and foremost, this site is designed to meet the needs of the investor coming to Florida to buy property. There is admittedly a slant towards the British buyer, but the information you will find on this site will be of equal value to our American investors and indeed, other buyers from around the world. Where possible we have included some pages in several languages and it is hoped that eventually all pages will be multi-lingual.

The secondary purpose of the site is to help those who already own investment properties here to capitalise on the management and marketing of their properties and make their investment work for them.

Thirdly, we also want to give guidance to those who want to sell and capitalise on their investment and perhaps move on, or up-grade to a newer or larger property.

Finally, in a "catch-all", we have included several items of useful information, such as; currency transfer, property inspections, property maintenance and a glossary of real estate terms - however if there is something you feel is missing, just tell us about it and we'll do what we can to include it in our next revision.

Structure of the site.

MAIN MENU BAR: The basic structure is made up of the six blue buttons spread horizontally at the top of the home page are the introductory areas to the site. A second menu is located at the left of this window. Simply click on a menu button for more information on that topic.

SUB MENUS - Where a menu button has a small white arrow, this indicates an additional sub-menu or menus, for example with "BUYER'S GUIDE".

MULTPLE LISTING SERVICE (MLS): As BUYER'S AGENTS, we can access and view any property listed by almost any real estate company in Florida. Property for sale is listed on the MLS, a huge database of listings which all Realtors can access.

If you wish to conduct your own searches, this facility is provided by accessing the "SEARCH MLS" button above.
