Whether you are looking for a compact, three bedroomed villa or a sprawling seven bedroomed palace, we probably know one that's right for you. There is usually something to satisfy every taste and budget, so let us do the work for you.

The following sample villas are divided up according to the number of bedrooms. As a rule of thumb, a three bedroomed villa will sleep 6-8 people and a four bedrromed one will slepp 8-10, and so on. Most are located in either Kissimmee or Davenport and all are within 15-25 minutes drive of Disney. Don't forget that Florida caters for adults too, though, with shops, restaurants and around 400 golf courses, all in close proximaty to all these villas.

Prices will vary according to the size of the villa, the location, the facilities offered and of course the season! Although the sun shines nearly every day, there are some seasonal changes, but there are no real cold months in Florida. In the cooler ones - December, January and February - long sleeves, the occasional jacket and long trousers often replace the traditional shorts and t-shirts worn here. So if you are not coming specifically to top up your tan and you want a budget holiday away from the crowds that flock here in the summer, why not consider a low-season break? All the theme parks are open 365 days a year - in fact, usually they fill up by noon on Christmas Day - and most of the shops are open for 364 days, many of them 24 hours a day.

The weather in Florida is good all the year round. Temperatures peak in July and August but there is also a very good chance of torrential rain at that time of year, too. For those wanting to soak up the Florida sun and at the same time, avoid a good soaking, the mid-season months are perhaps more appealing and are also less expensive. Even in the low season, the teperatures never usually fall much below 60 degrees and are often in the mid-seventies, even in November and February.

THREE BEDROOMED VILLAS

Thousand Oaks, Davenport Nestling against dense woodland, this delightful villa is a wonderful, tranquil place to laze away your vacation time. FOUR BEDROOMED VILLAS

	Indian Point, Kissimmee Located just next door to the villa above, this also provides a high level of comfortable accommodation for 8-10 people. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Tower Lake, Davenport Built in 2007, this picturesque villa with full wheelchair access is highly recommended. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor and one in the bonus suite on the first floor, each with its own bathroom. The villa sleeps 8-10 in comfort. There is parking for up to four cars. This is a very quiet location, but still within easy reach of Disney, just 20-25 minutes drive away. There are a variety of shops and restaurants close by. Villa reference DAV005

FIVE BEDROOMED VILLAS

 

Indian Point, Kissimmee This five bedroomed, four bathroomed villa is just begging to be rented. It changed hands at the end of 2007 and the new owners have spared no expense in refurbishing for the 2008 season and it's filling up fast!
